HOSANNA! women meet in the church fellowship hall the first Wednesday of each month between 10:30 and 1:00. We have a brief business meeting, bible study from The Lutheran Woman as well as fellowship over a brown bag lunch.

Three times a year HOSANNA! women come together for a special event -- Fall mini retreat, Christmas party and the Spring overnight retreat offsite. The events are mixers full of fellowship, prayer, song and quite a bit of just plain fun. New friendships flourish.

This year's Spring overnight retreat will be held Friday evening May 14 through Saturday afternoon, May 15.

Memorial Garden

HOSANNA! women developed and maintain the
Jr. Bell Memorial Garden at the church entrance. The garden honors the memory of Jr. Bell, a founding father of Hsanna, a dedicated church member as well as a Master Gardener.

Prayer Partners

Once a year, names are exchanged for a secret sister prayer partner. During the year, you would typically take note of your prayer partner's birthday, anniversary, holidays or special occasions with prayers and possibly a surprise card or gift.

Partners will be revealed during the 2010 Fall Mini Retreat.

Thank Offering

HOSANNA! women's group lead the annual thank offering worship. It is a tradition grounded in the celebration of community since the 1900s. Women of the ELCA Thankofferings support outreach including local and global ministries.
