Did you know that we get a check each month from recycling the paper that is put in our big yellow container in the HOSANNA! parking lot?  You can help, day or night, drop off newspapers, inserts, magazines, office paper, computer paper, and mail.  PLEASE DO NOT put in the container - plastic, cardboard, telephone books, shredded paper, food containers, or glass. THANK YOU!

NAMETAGS New NAMETAGS to be ordered for HOSANNA! members.  Look for sign-up sheet next Sunday, TODAY.  NO COST.  (If anyone wants to help purchase nametags for confirm ands and future new members - cost is about $5.00.)

KNITTING GROUP  Prayer Shawl Ministry knitting workshop is being held on the 1st Saturday of the Month. This workshop is to learn to knit or to sharpen up your knitting skills.  Prayer Shawl ministry is new to HOSANNA!, so if you are interested in learning more or helping please come.  Please bring knitting needles (your choice of needle size 8 or higher) and yarn (Lion Brand, 3 skeins) for shawl size 25"x65".  Any questions, please contact Jane Tignor or Pastor Patricia.

The 2008 Flower Chart is available on the clipboard in the Narthex.  Flowers cost $20.00 per Sunday.  We ask that you put the money in the offering plate and mark it "For Flowers".  Please remember to pick them up after 2nd service or make arrangements to have them picked up.  Also, please return the vase to Hy-Vee. There are still openings available to sign up.

PRAYER CHAIN UPDATE  Our Prayer Chain makes a difference!  God hears and answers our prayers.  Our Prayer Chain members pray not only for requests received on Sundays, but those submitted throughout the week to Sue Tonks.  You may email your requests to her or contact her via telephone.  If you would like to be a member of our Prayer Chain, please contact Sue.

Beginning February 4th, when someone needs to be placed on the Prayer List or Prayer Chain, continue to write them on the Prayer Concern sheet in the Narthex on Sunday mornings and then the information will be forwarded to Sue Tonks, by the Administrative Assistant on Monday morning.  Sue will then forward the information to all persons on the Prayer Chain for prayer. (We are also re-starting the Phone Tree Prayer Chain and these persons will also be notified.)  Sue will keep a list of persons needing prayer and will add new persons as they are given to her.  On one side of The Prayer Concern List that is placed in the Bulletin each week will be the persons named from the previous Sunday only under the heading "This week we hold in prayer...", on the other side will be names of those "We continue to pray for..."
